This course is for people who want to learn to operate a telescopic handler which includes the 360 SLEW otherwise known as a ROTO.

- Types of accessories and use
- Slinging techniques
- Down rating of accessories
- Sling angles
- Communications
- Establishing load weight and centre of gravity
- Proximity hazards
- Selecting lifting accessories
- Verifying documentation and certification
- Attaching accessories to different loads
- Signalling for the lifting, transferring and positioning of loads
- Rigging the machine to manufactures specification
- Pre use inspections
- Daily inspections
You will require a CITB Operatives H,S & E test passed within the last 2 year is required for this course. Click here for more information;

Duration 5 days (4 days training, 1 day testing)
